Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Cairo studio within one working day (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves us.
Delivery times
We currently ship within Egypt only. Delivery takes 2–4 working days via courier.
Shipping rates
Orders over EGP 2,000 ship free anywhere in Egypt. Below that, the rate depends on your governorate:
- Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan, Qalyubia) — EGP 80
- Alexandria & Delta — EGP 90
- Canal (Ismailia, Port Said, Suez) — EGP 100
- Upper Egypt — EGP 120
- Remote (Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley, North & South Sinai) — EGP 150
The exact rate is shown in full before payment — there are no hidden fees at our end.
Tracking & issues
If your tracking hasn't updated within three working days of dispatch, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact care@clocal.eg with your order number. We'll make it right.
Return window
We want every piece to feel right. If it doesn't, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, woven labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Open the confirmation email from your order and select Start a return, or email care@clocal.eg with your order number. We'll issue return instructions within one working day.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock. Tell us the size you'd like and we'll reserve it while your return is in transit, so you don't miss out on a limited capsule.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund within 5–7 working days. Card payments go back to the original card. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by InstaPay, bank transfer or mobile wallet — we'll ask for your details when we confirm the return.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original delivery charge is non-refundable — unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover both.
What we collect
To fulfil orders and improve your experience, we collect only what we need: your name, contact and delivery details, order history, and — through privacy-respecting analytics — how you use our store. We never see your full payment card details; those are handled by our secure payment processor.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your orders.
- To respond to enquiries sent to our team.
- To send updates and releases — only if you opt in.
- To keep the store secure and running well.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information with the partners required to serve you — couriers, payment processors, and email tools — each bound to protect it and use it solely for that purpose. We also work with marketing and advertising partners, including through Shopify, to show you relevant ads based on your activity in our store; see our full privacy policy for how to opt out of personalised advertising.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also unsubscribe from marketing in one click from any email we send.

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by Clocal from Cairo, Egypt. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error — and will refund any payment in full if we do.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay by card at checkout or in cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
Products
We make every effort to show our pieces accurately, but colours can vary between screens. Capsules are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
Shipping
We currently deliver within Egypt only. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as described in our Refund policy.
Intellectual property
All designs, photography, text and graphics on this website belong to Clocal and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Egyptian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
