Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Cairo studio within one working day (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves us.

Delivery times

We currently ship within Egypt only. Delivery takes 2–4 working days via courier.

Shipping rates

Orders over EGP 2,000 ship free anywhere in Egypt. Below that, the rate depends on your governorate:

Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan, Qalyubia) — EGP 80
Alexandria & Delta — EGP 90
Canal (Ismailia, Port Said, Suez) — EGP 100
Upper Egypt — EGP 120
Remote (Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley, North & South Sinai) — EGP 150

The exact rate is shown in full before payment — there are no hidden fees at our end.

Tracking & issues

If your tracking hasn't updated within three working days of dispatch, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact care@clocal.eg with your order number. We'll make it right.
